Target, one of numerous German bands that had completely disappeared into oblivion, recorded their first and only album in 1979 at the Toncooperative Hannover. The two musicians and producers Harald Neumann (g, voc) and Hellmuth Opitz (g, harm, voc), supported by Wolfgang Hafner (b), Matthias Schrumpf (dr) as well as Ulrich Schultz and Jürgen Schildmann (g), played a guitar-driven, bluesy kraut rock with English lyrics. The private pressing was released in a handmade cover with a glued-on photo and a lyric sheet in a mini-edition of 40 (!) copies. To this day, the LP has not been reissued, making it virtually impossible to find a copy.
