Friedhof were an early 70's German hard guitar driven progressive underground trio from Nienburg/Weser. Their sole self-titled album offers five tracks as extreme heavy instrumental jams, recalling the live improvisations of Cream. This album released in a few hundred copies only and wasn't a commercial success at all. It is now into the top 10 from the hardest to find German LPs.
