Second and last album by Blossom Toes in 1969 with new drummer Barry Reeves. It was again released on Giorgio Gomelsky's Marmalade label. It stands in bold contrast in sound and attitude to their debut two years before. The album is much heavier and darker. It shows hard psychedelic and acid rock, played by dual lead guitars, heavy drumming and three various vocalists. The dark lyrics with references to war, frustration and disillusionment are a far cry from the light and dreamy songs that can be heard on their debut.
Despite the contemporary new sound, the album unfortunately remained an insider tip and after they were involved in a near-fatal car accident on the way home from a gig a few months later, they decided to disband. Today, this rare original UK edition is sought after not only by fans of hard psychedelic rock all over the world.
